A Note from Adaire

SAP SE Executive Board Member & Ambassador Social Enterprise UK

When we look at the challenges that exist today in the world, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, and think that as an individual there’s very little you can do.. but every little bit counts. This holiday season we have the opportunity to be intentional about what we spend and how we spend it.

Wouldn’t you love to know that the shawl, perfume or the sculpture you gifted, also made a difference to a child, an elderly individual or someone in a desperate situation? SAP is certainly not a social enterprise, but we definitely learn from them and certainly support them and encourage their mission.

Inspired by our own social procurement initiative 5&5 by 25, SAP’s Give Good List showcases a range of excellent products created by social enterprises and diverse-owned businesses that all embed societal impact.

I plan to spoil everyone on my list and this is where I will start.

Peace and joy and good shopping to us all.
